Can I see a home before I apply?
Yes. Call or text 573-507-8696 to schedule a showing.
When should I look for student housing?
Houses near campus lease on an August cycle, and leases for the next school year are usually signed about a year ahead. Contact us early in the school year.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the home. Each listing says whether pets are allowed, and approved pets are added to your lease with a pet addendum.
How do I pay rent?
Online through RentRedi, by bank transfer or card. You'll get an invite to your RentRedi account when your lease is signed.
What counts as an emergency repair?
No heat in cold weather, an active water leak, no water, a sewage backup, or anything that puts people or the home at risk. Call 573-507-8696 right away. For everything else, submit a request in RentRedi.
How do I renew or end my lease?
Your lease lists the notice period. Tell us in writing before then whether you plan to renew or move out, and we'll send renewal paperwork or move-out instructions.
How do I get my security deposit back?
After you move out, we inspect the home and return your deposit, minus any lawful charges, within the time Missouri law allows. Leave us a forwarding address.
